How It Works
1. Call us or fill out our form
Share the location of the home, your situation and your timeline. It takes about five minutes.
2. We put you in touch with a local company
We find an estate sale company that works near the home. They will call you, usually the same day, to set up a visit.
3. The company visits the home
They walk through the house, in person or by video if you live far away, and tell you what they recommend and what they charge.
4. The sale and clean-out
The company prices everything, holds the sale and clears out what is left. Most homes are done in two to three weeks.
5. You receive the money
After the sale, the company sends you a list of what sold and pays you the proceeds, minus their commission.
Keeping family items: before anything is priced, tell the company what the family wants to keep. Those things are set aside in a closed room.
