Every home and every family is different. These are the services provided by the estate sale companies we work with.

Estate Sales

The company sorts and prices everything in the home and holds a sale, usually over two or three days. Buyers come to the home and the family receives the money from what was sold, minus the company's commission.

Buyouts

If the house needs to be emptied quickly, the company can make one offer for all the contents. It is faster than a sale, though usually for less money.

Clean-Outs

Whatever is left after a sale is donated or hauled away, and the house is left broom-clean and ready for the real estate agent.

Senior Moves & Downsizing

Help choosing what goes to the new apartment or assisted living, and selling or donating the rest of the household.

What Does It Cost?

Our service is free to families. The estate sale company charges a commission on what it sells, usually between 30% and 50%, and pays the rest to the family. You agree on that directly with the company before anything starts.

Example: if the sale brings in $20,000 and the commission is 35%, the company keeps $7,000 and the family receives $13,000.
